Aftercare

First 24–48 Hours

  • Keep It Cool & Clean: Avoid hot showers, saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, and heavy sweating/exercise for 24 to 48 hours.

  • Avoid Friction & Sun: Wear loose clothing and skip direct sun exposure, tanning, or swimming to protect freshly waxed skin.

  • Hands Off: Avoid touching, scratching, or rubbing the freshly waxed area to prevent introducing bacteria to open pores.

  • Soothe the Skin: Apply a light, fragrance-free, soothing lotion or aloe if needed to calm any mild redness.

Island Living Aftercare:

We know living in Ewa Beach and Kapolei means sunny beach days are always calling, but frisch waxed skin needs a little extra love in our island climate! For the first 24 to 48 hours, put ocean dips, pool days, and sunbathing on hold. Ocean saltwater, sand, chlorine, and tropical sweat can easily irritate open pores and cause breakouts. Swap the beach session for a cool AC day, stick to loose cotton, and hold off on the sun until your skin fully calms down.
